9th June @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

The Members’ Pathway in 2022
We aim for Berkshire Freemasonry to be where individuals come to experience an amazing lifelong journey of self-discovery and learning. Feel a sense of challenge and curiosity; connect; share laughter among friends and build and support communities together.
The Members’ Pathway is designed to help deliver this experience, which will see members and lodges flourish and thrive. It provides a structured approach that every Lodge and member can follow, whatever the situation, to create enjoyment and added value for members, whilst attracting and encouraging new candidates to join Freemasonry.
In September 2021, UGLE announced an update to The Members’ Pathway. This revised Members’ Pathway takes the original 11 steps and converts them into a hub concept (see below) – the principles remain the same only it has a fresh design and has much better accessibility.
THE MEMBERS’ PATHWAY HUB
Following on from the successful Member’s Pathway webinars held in 2021 The Berkshire Learning and Development Team have organised four more webinars to help you explore The Members’ Pathway ‘hub’ to gain the maximum benefit from The Members’ Pathway, as we work together to build a better future for Berkshire Freemasonry.
These interesting and insightful webinars will provide every member with the opportunity to learn more about The Members’ Pathway ‘hub’ and how to use it to increase their enjoyment of Freemasonry and thereby build thriving Lodges.
There is clear evidence that members obtain greater enjoyment from their Freemasonry when The Members’ Pathway is embraced and implemented within Lodges.
Who would not wish to get more enjoyment!
Session 4: Thursday 9th June 2022, 7:30pm.
