Charity Stewards Meeting 20/09/2022

Dear Brother Charity Steward

As we prepare to start our new Masonic Year the Provincial Grand Master and Deputy Provincial Grand Master would like to have a meeting with all the Lodge Charity Stewards. The meeting will be the launch of “Operation Final Push” for the Festival.

This is not intended to put pressure on you or your respective Lodges but rather to help you with some ideas and suggestions for this final fund-raising period of the Festival 2023.

The meeting will be held at Sindlesham Court on 20th September 2022. The doors will be open at 6pm for those that have ordered a bar meal.

It will be my intention to start the meeting at 7.15pm sharp.

We have less than 8 months until the end of the 2023 Festival. It is imperative that any donations from Lodges must be with the Provincial office by 15 th April 2023 at the latest. This is to ensure the MCF have time to collate the figures which will be announced on the 10 th June at the Gala dinner.

As Charity Stewards I recognise that you cannot achieve your lodge targets alone, you need help in your lodges. Therefore, I would like you to bring along to the evening a couple of new and young members from your lodge. This way they will be able to understand the task at hand and with their assistance we can get it done.

This is a joint operation and I need your skill and the talent of our younger members to support our Provincial Grand Master and our Festival Chairman.
