Lodge ‘Ember-ship Team Summer BBQ 2022

Steve, Iain (OBE), Clive (ProvGMen) and the entire LMO Team are delighted to extend a warm invitation to our brother Mentors.  To what might even turn into an annual event…

When: Sunday 14th August 2022 from 12.30pm, food from 1.15pm onwards…
(it can even be your Sunday roast lunch)

Location: Wallingford Masonic Centre, Goldsmith Lane, Wallingford (parking info)

The price is kept very low at £8.00 per adult and children (aged 13yrs and under) are just £5.00. Ideally this will make it affordable for everyone to come, eat, relax, and meet each other. Renewing old friendships and possibly even making new ones!

This is to be a purely social event.  There will be no fund raising on the day and it’s open to LMO’s & Mentor’s, your partners and your immediate family.  The Wallingford Masonic Centre & its Bar will be open, for toilets and in case of poor weather on the day – indoor dining and shelter from the rain or hailstones (British summer times can be surprising as well all know!).

There will be a veggie/vegan/allergy alternative if BBQ is not your thing.  Please advise when booking as it will help to plan for how many veggie/vegan/etc meals need to be catered for.
