Berkshire Provincial Grand Chapter Annual Convocation
11th June 2026 @ 11.00 am ~ 3.30pm
The Present and Past Provincial Grand Officers, the MEZ’s, Past First Principals and the Principals of Chapters in the Province are hereby summoned to attend the ANNUAL CONVOCATION to be holden at the Berkshire Masonic Centre, Sindlesham, on Thursday 11th June 2026.
All Royal Arch Masons are cordially invited to be present. Copies of the Paper of Business will be distributed at the Convocation. Companions must be seated by 10.45am when the Grand Officers and Provincial Grand Officers of the year will be formed in Procession.
The selected menu is Egg and Tuna Mayonnaise, Selection of Cold Meats with New Potatoes and Mixed Salad, and Strawberries with Clotted Cream.
Alternatives : Starter – Mozzarella and Tomato Salad, Main – Vegetable Quiche with New Potatoes.
The cost, including wine is £45.00.
The Three Principals of every Chapter in the Province are expected to be present. In the event of their being unable to do so they should inform the Provincial Grand Scribe E in writing, and the MEZ must ensure that his Chapter is properly represented.
